South Australia produces around half of the country’s wine and is heavily focussed on powerful reds produced mainly from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Sam Kim: Nicely fruited on the nose, showing blackberry, dried cherry, mixed spice, almond and dark olive notes. The palate is juicy and beautifully rounded with lovely fruit intensity and subtle savory nuances, backed by fine, polished tannins. Flavoursome and very likeable.
