How is Passion for Wine For different?

Whilst the supermarket chains stock the big brands, our focus is on premium and boutique wines which are hand crafted by winemakers with whom we share the same passion.

How good are the wines?

We select wines which we love and punch well above their weight. The majority of our wines are award winners or come with excellent third party reviews, so you don’t have to take our word for it!

Why are your prices cheaper?

Unlike traditional independent retailers who buy through wholesalers and distributors, we source our wines directly from the producers. By cutting out the middlemen we can offer our products significantly cheaper online. We also purchase in volume, so the more friends you recommend, the better deals we can offer!

Where are you located?

We are an online merchant based in Sydney.

Can we collect wine from you?

No, as we do not have a retail ‘bricks and mortar’ store

Who do you use for deliveries?

We use a network of couriers. Therefore, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of $9.99.

Are there any areas to which you do not deliver?

Yes, overseas and dry area locations within Australia.

How long will my delivery take?

After an offer has expired, we will place an order with the winery for the stock.

Once we have received the wine, delivery normally takes 1-2 business days to the Sydney metropolitan area, 4-5 business days to Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide and up to 10 business days for all other areas.

Do you offer credit for breakages?

Yes. If wine is damaged in transit then we require you to notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will credit you for the broken bottle(s)

When do the wine offers expire?

When we sell out. Sometimes stock is extremely limited so some deals may only last for a matter of hours.

Why do you offer secret deals?

The reason we keep the fully labelled wine a secret until it reaches you is so the brand does not get damaged online.

Can I return a faulty wine?

Yes, if you are unhappy with any of the wines we offer and you have opened two bottles or less in a case of twelve, or one bottle in a case of six, return the remaining unopened bottles to us and we will issue a full credit or refund.
